  • This is NOT good egg fried rice. This is a DUMB, IDIOTIC, and OVERLY-laborious way to make a simple egg-fried rice. The eggs are cooked to death. The fried rice is not cooked right. Fried Rice that is subject to high heat should be lightly toasted in the pan and should be cooked separately. The scallions, used like a condiment, are undercooked. The chef/cook is incompetent and should be fired !!!
